We offer free standard shipping with a purchase of $299 or more on select orders in the United States (excluding PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii). If you would like expedited shipping, we have 2-Day and Next Day shipping options available at additional rates. Please note expedited deliveries do not deliver on weekends and holidays.
Orders placed before 12 pm CST will be processed the same business day. Please note that this does not include weekends, holidays, or dealer purchases.
If you order after 12 pm CST on a Friday, your order will be shipped out on the following business day. This includes expedited shipping.
Please note, it can take 1-3 days for your tracking information to become available. Our shipping carriers are experiencing unprecedented volumes and changes to procedures that are creating delays nationwide.
International orders may take up to 2 days to process before shipping. All international orders are final.

When will my order arrive?
Orders shipped within the Lower 48 states are estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days.
The good news is that most packages will arrive within the timeline chosen at checkout. For orders encountering delays, in most cases, the package will arrive only a day or two outside of the expected timeline. Please note, it can take 1-3 days for your tracking information to become available. Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are estimated to arrive in 1-2 weeks. Fees are calculated at checkout.
International orders are estimated to arrive in 1-3 weeks. Fees are calculated at checkout. All international orders are final.
Deliveries to PO Boxes are estimated to arrive in 3-5 busines days. Fees are calculated at checkout.
Please note: Yukon and Station orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes due to weight and dimension restrictions.
First off, we would like to thank you for your sacrifice and service. While we are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, we partner with govx.com to support our overseas military bases and encourage you to shop for our products through them. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just visit our new Self-Service Return Portal and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.
Customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return. All international orders are final.
Returns only accepted of products purchased from solostove.com. We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors.
After 30 days, if the product has not been burned or used, we will be able to offer store credit only. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made past 30 days.
For any order placed from November 1st, please return your order to us by January 1st and we'll process a full refund back to the original payment method!
Shipping Damage Claim
If your order was damaged in transit and you purchased Route Insurance at the time of purchase, please file a claim with RouteIf you did not purchase Route Insurance, please fill out and submit our Warranty/Damage Claim Form.
International shipping is currently available worldwide
When you are ready to check out, you will be directed to a separate international checkout page where all international shipping costs, including import duties and taxes, will be calculated upfront.
Upon completing your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase and your product(s) will be shipped to your international address.
All international orders are final.

Additionally, we partner with great retailers worldwide who carry Solo Stove in their stores and ship within their country. Locate the nearest dealer.
We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Solo Stove product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for orders not placed on solostove.com, au.solostove.com, ca.solostove.com or eu.solostove.com are eligible for warranty claims. Warranty claims for these can be submitted via their respective websites. All international orders are final.
