Ingredients
Crab Mixture
+ 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
+ 12 ounces steamed Extra, Extra Large Red King Crab Legs
+ 4 Green Onions Finely Chopped
+ 2 Garlic Cloves Diced
+ 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
+ 1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil
+ Salt - to taste
+ Pepper - to taste
Additional Toppings
+ Pizza Crust(s) of your choice - SoloStove.com Neapolitan Pizza
+ Thinly Sliced Green Onions
+ Grated Whole-Milk Mozzarella
+ Grated Provolone
+ Grated Parmesan
+ Sweet Chili Sauce
+ Your favorite hot sauce
Instructions
Thaw and steam approx. 2 legs of Red King Crab, and remove the meat from the shells.
Preheat your Pi Oven using med-high heat, until it reaches 750°F.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add in crab meat, green onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame oil, stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste, set aside.
Stretch your dough to the desired size, and place it on a bamboo peel for building.
Spread crust(s) with a thin layer of sauce.
Sprinkle generously with sliced green onions, top with grated cheese.
Cook for approximately 1.5 mins, turning the pizza regularly for an even cook. Remove from the oven and drizzle with sweet chili sauce and/or hot sauce.
