Break back out the mashed potatoes, turkey, stuffing (if there’s any left), and cranberry sauce to combine the two best comfort foods—pizza and Thanksgiving dinner.
Use your fave pizza dough as the base, throw on some gravy as the sauce, and add all the fixin’s to keep the gravy train chugging along. And voilá, you’ll have the savory goodness of the biggest meal of the year combo’d with crackling crusts and steaming slices. If all your guests already left, they’ll def be coming back over once they hear you’re making this post-turkey-day masterpiece.

1 dough ball
¾ cup mashed potatoes
½ cup sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup turkey, diced
¼ cup stuffing
3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
Directions
Step 1: Preheat Your Pi Oven
Fire up your pizza oven and allow it to preheat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 2: Divide and Stretch Your Dough
Use a Solo Stove dough ball or your favorite homemade pizza dough. Stretch the dough to form the base for your pizza.
Step 3: Mix the Mashed Potatoes and Cheddar
In a small bowl, combine the mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese. Mix to combine and spread the mashed potatoes on the pizza dough.
Step 4: Add Your Toppings
Top with turkey, crumbled stuffing, cranberry sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
Step 5: Cook the Pizza
With your Pi Prime Pizza Oven up to the proper temperature, launch the pizza onto the pizza stone. Cook the pizza, slice it, and dig in!

This quick and easy recipe uses leftover pumpkin pie as the base. It’s then topped with a cinnamon sugar streusel topping, baked until golden, and served with dreamy caramel sauce.

Ingredients
Leftover pumpkin pie
Store-bought or homemade caramel sauce
Whipped cream
For the streusel topping:
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup oats
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
Step 1: Make the Topping
Turn Pi Prime on low to preheat for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix in the melted butter with a fork until small clumps form.
Step 2: Mash Up Leftover Pumpkin Pie
Put any leftover pumpkin pie in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Grease the cast iron skillet with cooking spray and spread the pumpkin pie in the pan. Sprinkle the streusel on top.
Step 3: Bake the Pumpkin Pie Crisp
Cover the top of the skillet with tin foil. Put the skillet in the pizza oven and bake the pumpkin pie crisp on low for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Serve With Caramel Sauce and Whipped Cream
Once baked, remove the pumpkin pie crisp from the pizza oven. Dish it up, drizzle with caramel sauce, and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
Leftover Holiday Ham & Swiss Sliders

Ingredients
8 slider rolls
8 slices of Swiss cheese
8 slices of ham
1 stick butter, melted
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
3 sprigs parsley, minced
Directions
Step 1: Assemble the Sliders
Preheat the Pi Prime pizza oven on low.
Slice the slider rolls and place all of the bottoms in the cast iron skillet. Top with slices of ham and Swiss cheese. Put the tops of the rolls on top.
Step 2: Mix the Sauce and Brush the Sliders
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, mustard, and minced parsley. Brush the mustard sauce over the assembled slider sandwiches. Cover the skillet with tin foil.
Step 3: Bake the Sliders
With the pizza oven preheated to 450 degrees, cook the sliders on low for 5 minutes. Turn off the pizza oven to turn off the flame and finish cooking for 15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the sliders have warmed throughout.
Holiday Leftover Turkey Pasta Bake
The holidays are all about gathering around the table with family and digging into your favorite comfort foods. Why not keep comfort food on the menu for days? This quick and easy pasta bake can be made in your Pi Prime Pizza Oven in no time. It combines garlic, onion, mushroom, and spinach to bring new life to that leftover turkey sitting in the fridge from the big meal.

Cast Iron Round Skillet
Ingredients
1 box rigatoni pasta, cooked
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ of one onion, diced
4 medium-sized mushrooms, sliced
1 ½ cups spinach
1 cup leftover turkey, diced
3 tablespoons cream or whole milk
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the Skillet
Turn Pi Prime on low to preheat for 10 minutes. Place the cast iron skillet in the pizza oven and allow it to heat up for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Cook the Veggies
Add the garlic, onion, and mushrooms to the cast iron skillet. Place back in the pizza oven and cook until onions are golden brown. Add in the spinach and cook it down.
Step 3: Add the Pasta, Turkey, and Cheese
Add the cooked pasta and turkey and evenly pour the cream over top. Toss to combine. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
Step 4: Bake in Pi Prime
Cover the skillet with tin foil and put it in the pizza oven. Cook for 5 minutes with the flame setting on low. Turn off the pizza oven and cook for an additional 5 minutes to finish melting the cheese. Garnish with minced parsley before serving.
