PB&J S’mores
Aug 9, 2024By Molly AllenS’mores are a classic, and for good reason. They’re a simple yet delicious treat to make around the fire pit with family and friends, and they only require a few ingredients. The combination of graham cracker, chocolate, and roasted marshmallow can’t be beat — that is unless you add peanut butter and your favorite jam to it.
We’re taking this nostalgic favorite and kicking it up a notch. Spreading peanut butter on one cracker and jam on the other makes the texture and flavor of s’mores that much more interesting. Give it a try the next time you light up your Solo Stove fire pit.
Equipment
Ingredients
Graham crackers
Marshmallows
Creamy peanut butter
Raspberry or strawberry jam
Ghirardelli sea salt almond dark chocolate squares (or other chocolate)
Step 1: Get the Fire Going
Start a fire in your Mesa tabletop firepit. Of course, you could also use another size to roast your marshmallows including Bonfire, Ranger, or Yukon.
Step 2: Prep the Graham Crackers
Spread creamy peanut butter on one graham cracker and jam on the other cracker. Add a piece of chocolate on the peanut butter side. Set aside while you roast your marshmallow.
Step 3: Roast Your Mallow
Roast your marshmallow to your desired doneness.
Step 4: Assemble and Dig In
Place the roasted marshmallow on top of the chocolate. Place the jam-covered graham cracker on top. Dig in for a bite!
